My role at Synergee is that of client manager. As part of this role I have a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from those with a simple need of a self-assessment tax return to groups of companies requiring frequent advice.

I am the main point of contact for my portfolio meaning clients can contact me whatever the query and I will manage the response. I oversee the efficient delivery of the various services we provide, liaising with colleagues where necessary and enjoy building up the relationships with my clients.

I started in accountancy in 2002 after studying both maths and accounting at college. I commenced my professional exams in 2004 and qualified as a Certified Accountant in 2008. I then became a manager of a large and diverse client portfolio in my previous firm before moving to Synergee in 2010 where I have gained further experience in managing client’s needs. My experience has given me a great understanding of the issues facing all types of businesses predominantly within the small to medium size range.

Personal interests include going to the gym and spending time with my family, the activities of which include whatever my son is currently into at the time.
